Instructions:
1.Download kernel flasher and put it on sdcard
2.Put the downloaded kernel on sdcard
3.Switch off phone
4.Boot into cwm
5.Install "kernel flasher" from zip
6.Reboot phone
7.If you see a new splash image after restart then the kernel has installed successfully.
